This is such a pleasant pharmacy with the friendliest employee's I have ever been served by. It's small, but they fill your script fast, while you wait. The pharmacists here spend there time filling you're order instead of like the national chain pharmacists who like to play God & decide if they want to fill your script or not. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking to fill a script and be treated with kindness while you wait. They also have delivery service to your home!

As a healthcare provider, I can say that it is always a pleasure working with Center Pharmacy in Cape Coral. The staff is always so pleasant and embodies the meaning of team work. From the manager, to the pharmacists, to the pharmacy technicians; everyone is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and customer service centered pharmacy. Thank you Center Pharmacy for all you do for myself and patients in this community!

I was sent to Center Pharmacy by Acology Pharmacy which is going or of business. My script was $105 at Acology and Center Pharmacy wanted $139 and some change . As a consumer with a pulse, I merely mentioned the price difference. The lady that was "helping" me, which will be referred to as "Noodles" from this point forward, became arrogant asking me if I had priced the medication at other pharmacies. I'm pretty sure that it was obvious that I had checked, just because a Center Pharmacy rep asked me about other prescriptions that I had mentioned I purchase elsewhere other that Acology Rx. I'll skip the ignorant banter I experienced and give you the picture buy telling you this women's was, at times, jutting her face forward, and rapidly blinking her eyes. And still at other times she would be talking with her head turned to the right, nose pointed upward, and eyes closed, while asking me questions meant to skip my one comment and very rudely point out that their prices were lower than anyone since Acology was going out of business ( I'm guessing, I can't say for sure, but now I'm driven to find out). Moreover, upon presenting my prescription and ID and immediately asking what it would cost to have my prescription filled. The previous "customer advocate" completely ignored the question and began to move forward with her agenda of getting all of my contact info (not her fault, I blame management) This type of behavior is often called "assuming the sale". And it is believed to help coax a customer toward a purchase, in part but having them invest their time in the process. An outdated method to anyone who isn't stuck in 1982. It reminded me of some cheap, fly-by-night used car salesman. Then the " customer service advocate" further probed about possible other prescriptions to see if there was any more money on the table They should have given this girl a pompadour, some plaid pants, and some shiny white shoes with a dreadful tie. However, whoever trained her armed her with a magic bullet for anyone that might object to the question. "Uh it's for the purpose to see if there are any interactions between the drugs you take." Nice girl. Sweet girl. But a "customer advocate" is not qualified to make such decisions. All the while, I have flu symptoms and can barely talk. So Center Pharmacy spent 15 minutes going over and gathering what turned out to be superfluous information. Not giving any thought to the value of my time. Because if they had any consideration for their customers time, all of the information gathering would have been done while my prescription was being filled. But alas no! Center Pharmacy sent robo-boob "Noodles" to pound home the fact that they are doing me a huge service by charging me around 30% more than what I was previously paying. Here is the kicker. I know the way of the world and almost any response to my concern that the prescription was more expensive would have sufficed. I did very well in my accounting and marketing classes at the University level. But what i got instead was full frontal arrogance from a menopausal women that needs to quit smoking. Given the way they do business it's obvious why they need to charge more money. One more thing, haven't we all seen the stories on the news about how Americans pay more for a prescription than most, if not all other countries in the world. Are we really still taking this. I want to thank "Robo-Boob- Noodles" down at Center Pharmacy in Cape Coral FL. For the entertainment and stoking my ire. I'm going to spend some time looking into this and other ideas are being spawned as I write this and vividly picture that self-righteous ding bat that thinks she is a super genius and believes she contributes to society by just being. Abiding in her egoic state of blither Bliss. I'll get back to this review with what I discover. Robo-Boob- noodles it wasn't my fault you were late for you morning toddy.
