Pharmacist is a little cranky.  You'd be, too if you had to handle all those insurance companies, and listen to people complain all day.  Whenever I go there?  They fill the prescription promptly, accurately, and explain it fully.

Older man is so rude just like everyone else is saying on here. Will never go here again. He obviously doesnt wanna be bothered so he will never get any prescriptions from my family again.

If I could give zero stars I would. The older pharmacist is very rude. Had one of my medications filled there 2 times. I then transferred another medication there to be filled because initially they were nice. They also accept my insurance with only $1 copay.  When I went to pick up my meds, the older nasty pharmacist said " I filled it this time but this is the last time, you'll have to go to another pharmacy because my suppliers cut my stock for this medication.......I never heard of this.  This man apparently does not know what I do for a living, I know that is a BS story, no pharmaceutical supplier is going to cut their stock to a pharmacy. The supplier is not going to cut their profit.  He most likely does not want to accept the insurance payment for this medication.  I then asked about my 2nd script which is not due to be filled yet but I asked if that medication would be affected, he said no and I could pick that up in 2 weeks.  I said well if I have to find another pharmacy to fill my other script I might as well get  both filled at another pharmacy, he said yes yes get it filled somewhere else.  I left and called my podiatrist.  She also said she never heard of that excuse not to fill a script and agreed he probably does not want to take the insurance payment which by the way is illegal.  If you are on the insurance panel, YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT THE INSURANCE PAYMENT. When my podiatrist called this pharmacy he told her that he does not get this medication which makes no sense at all since I have had it filled 2 times there in the past 2 months.  Bottom line is he is rude and he lied.  You can bet that I will be calling my insurance company and making a formal complaint about this pharmacy. It is illegal to not accept the fee schedule of the insurance company if you are on their panel. The place is also not very well stocked; shelves are half empty and the place is dirty.

Family owned and Very Professional.  These guys actually seem to care.  People that claim the Pharmacist is rude or cranky more than likely are trying to bend or break the law.  Which they will never do. A++
