The entire process from contacting the office,. processing the financing and choosing/finalizing the vehicle was smooth and effortless. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I came in from out of town to purchase the vehicle as it was the exact vehicle I was looking for and I felt everyone went above and beyond to accommodate me. I will definitely be recommending Central Auto Niagara to all of my friends/family in the Niagara region as well as those in the GTA and beyond! The extra drive is well worth the experience dealing with such a fantastic dealership :)

Ken is awesome to deal with. Very patient and adds humor to your purchase. Showed us more in a car then we expected and arranged the financing in the range we wanted to be. Great people to deal and work with. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new car!!! Go see Ken and the team at Central Auto Niagara.. They know how to take care of you

I have brought all my cars there to repair, and I only one guy, Dennis Ho! 

From being a mechanic, to a service advisor, and now managing the service center, he has always had the knowledge and professionalism to work with customers, any questions I had he answered them and always went an extra step to make sure my satisfaction was made. he is trustworthy and a gets right to point when it comes to repairs. I'm the type of guy always looking for deals and always haggling on prices but no need to do that here!!!'

I bought a VW Jetta from AutoPark a few months ago. What I got was a fantastic car at a great price along with phenomenal service. I definitely do my homework before buying a car, and I've had mine out for 3 test drives before committing to it. The sales guys were very patient and understanding.

Definitely coming back for my next set of wheels!

Highly recommend AutoPark  Niagara!  We worked with Jeff. He was fantastic! He was patient & talked with us for a good while about what we needed. We had a very tight budget for this go round. Jeff stayed in touch and worked very hard to find us a car that would fit our needs & be at the right price point. I can not thank him enough for all his time & effort.
