I've been calling this place for about 15 years and their service is outstanding. The dispatchers are more than polite, drivers are always prompt, and best of all their prices are fair. Hope to continue using their service for the next 15 years.

It's been a while of using this service so it was good but now it's just getting worse 25 minutes waiting and on top of that when I'm call they said they pick me up already so just get it together guys!!!!

Driver's lie to the base while the passenger is on the phone with them. The worst part is, the base believes their driver. The driver lied to his base and said he's in front of my hotel, as he is driving off the parking lot and I'm standing outside. Will never call this cab service again. Highly recommend you use another cab service. They're plenty of them around.

I've been using this car service for approximately 15 years and the new management that they have DO NOT care about customer service... one trip can cost you 8 dollars one day and 16 dollars the next... when you call to question, they automatically take the drivers side and not the customer... will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau as soon as possible
