Easy online appointment scheduling (in this case the night before). Professional service from the moment I drove up. Was able to work from lobby with free wifi. Even the restroom was clean. The work took less time than I had thought it might (inspection/emissions, alignment and fixing a headlight took less than 2 hours). The costs were reasonable. After paying, the car was right out front and you had even cleaned my windows and mirrors. Great experience!

I was up all Friday night scrolling through different vehicles and came across 2 that I really liked. I submitted an inquiry and Kelsey called me first thing Saturday morning. She was extremely sweet and professional we set up an appointment to meet that morning. When I arrived I was set up with William he was super helpful , professional and informative. He gave me an educational review on what to look for when searching for a new vehicle , what was the best choice and how trading in a vehicle works. He also shared that he, too owned a Toyota ,which made me feel all the more secure. What better way to trust a product than to have the employees own one themselves. I was really impressed and at this point sold! The process was very fast! As some of you may know purchasing a vehicle can suck up most of your day , but the everything took only about 3-4 hours. I test drove about three cars before making my decision. They even helped me look for cheaper quotes for insurance. It is safe to say that whenever the time occurs again to search for a new vehicle or even receive Matenience with my new warranty , I will certainly be back!

My experiences have been great at this location and I’d like say, service agent David is a friendly and very helpful person. He greeted me with great respect and professionalism. He explained to me every single things I needed to know to complete my inspections. Want to congratulate Toyota for having great employees and their thorough job.

Excellent service by very attentive and professional staff. I came to get my vehicle serviced and was taken exactly at the time of my appointment. The associate explained in detail what will be done and how much will cost to avoid any unpleasant surprises. I got exactly what I asked for in the shortest possible period and at a very reasonable cost. Definitely, a highest recommendation!

Now I'm a believer! I brought my 2013 Hyundai Sonata in for an oil change, I left with a 2016 Toyota Camry through Toyota's Vehicle Exchange Program! As I'm waiting for my car to be serviced, Mr. Marvin Wilson, a Vehicle Exchange Specialist, chats with me about potential options to swap my 2013 Hyundai for a newer car. To be honest, I was very skeptical as a single woman there by myself, however I decided to just hear him out while I waited for my car, thinking it would not lead to anything. I couldn't be more wrong. Ever hear of the phrase "under promise, over deliver"? Perhaps you heard of it in the reverse, but Mr. Marvin completely over-delivered! Not only was he completely pleasant to work with, he carried himself with integrity. He made me feel completely comfortable with the process, explained every step of the way, and kept it real! After a few laughs, reviewing of numbers, 2 test drives, car facts and a smile later... Mr. Marvin presented me with my option... He was able to get me in a 2016 Toyota Camry, way less mileage than my 2013 Hyundai, baseline APR (far less interest than my first auto loan)....and want to know the best part? My monthly car payment was LOWERED! Look at God!! I know God placed Mr. Marvin in my path for a reason. I left with a better deal than my first car. My new car is fully loaded, leather seats, rear view camera...etc. How is this possible!? No gimmicks, no hidden charges, just a clean swap. Mr. Marvin even helped me transfer my belongings from my old car to my new one! I was offered a full detail on my new car and full gas tank (that goes a long way!) I felt like Mr. Marvin truly had my best interest and looked out for me as though I was his daughter. This description isn't enough to convey my profound thanks to Mr. Marvin for his hospitality and professionalism, and it certainly isn't enough to stress the fact that I would recommend anyone (yes including us single ladies who are scared to go to car dealers alone!) to work with Mr. Marvin. He is honest and will do his best to work within your parameters. For me, he offered for my payments to be the same, but delivered a lower monthly payment! I have Faith, but I did not so much in car dealers. Mr. Marvin has truly made me a believer.
