Came here after the birth of my son to rehab and strengthen my ever changing body. Misha not only fixed me right up, she converted me for life. Friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. You come here for a workout but you’ll leave having found a place that is a second home. Love Central Core!

As a kinesiology major it's always difficult for me to find classes where I feel the instructor is knowledgeable, capable and effective in delivering results. Misha does just that. Would give 6 stars if I could.
