Customer service is awful from management down to MSRs!  I advise you to take your money and go elsewhere.  Their fees are ridiculous and if you do not watch your account closely they will take your money.  Back to Pen Air we go.  We thought we made the right choice by switching but it was definitely the wrong choice.

I was shocked how extremely rude the two Bank tellers were. When I asked them a question why the transaction wasn’t possible she immediately went into an aggressive mood. I tried to calm them down in a soothing tone. I then felt like I was a worker trying to please an angry customer. Jokes on me...Brandi was her name.

I have been with them since I was sixteen (savings account at first) and I have always loved them. They are always polite and very understanding. I have 3 kids at all times and every time I'm in there they are so sweet to them and don't make it seem like a problem (like other banks I've been to have). Love them and always will!
