Our family could not have been happier. I had some doubts choosing a location that was outside Orlando, but the people I worked with and their obvious experience made it easy (they were in Orlando any time we needed them including a few hours after my initial call to transport my father). 

It was difficult losing my dad, and challenging arranging a funeral last minute from Texas. However, I am taking the time to write the review because Central Florida Casket Store did an exceptional job. To begin with they communicated very well and always got back quickly (and there were many after-hours communications). They were patient with me and were sensitive to our family issues. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from the other side of the family how warm and compassionate they thought CF Casket Store was. 

Not only did they do there best to make this easy for me, as a bonus they were able to save our family some money - a third less than the first funeral home I talked to. I don't envy anybody having to make funeral arrangements, but the warmheartedness and experience of the Central Florida Casket Store made laying my father to rest uncomplicated and effortless.

Kind, professional and compassionate. Your entire staff saw to our every need during the planning process and funeral service. Always a call or even a text away for any help or questions. Went above and beyond with an upgrade of our casket to compliment my mothers outfit. We feel blessed to have such a great group to guide us thru our difficult loss. I would recommend your office to any friend.

Jim handled all of the details for us and went above and beyond to take care of all of our wishes for a family member. He offered excellent services in a most professional and caring manner. The casket store broke everything down and explained every detail. There was no pressure and everything was organized. Very respectful and friendly service. Very pleased!

This is the only  place  that didn't  try and rip me off when my husband passed away. They showed nothing but respect and kindness in my time of need. Held my hand every step of the way and beyond. I recommend  them to anyone.
