My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Albin Hubschur recently to purchase a home. If anyone is looking for assistance with real estate Albin is the consummate professional. He is very knowledgeable about the Florida real estate market and represented our interests extremely well. He is a skillful negotiator and clearly exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. We had many questions and, at times, felt overwhelmed by the entire real estate purchase process. He consistently took time to listen to us and understand our questions instead of simply replying. 

Albin was quite generous with his gift of time and very swift with his follow up. His honesty and attention to detail helped us understand the many intricacies of purchasing real estate. Albin is far and away the best realtor to work with.  Albin professionally deals in reality and is focused on the best results for all parties.  Bottom line - I will be calling Albin for my future real estate needs. Do yourself a favor and do the same.  You won't be disappointed!

When it comes to realtors, Albin is in a league of his own. Yes, he's knowledgable, professional and experienced - but most importantly, he's genuinely a great guy and a true people person with a passion for what he does ... serving his clients. From the moment we first met with Albin, he took the time to get to know us, what we were looking for in a house, and made it clear that he would show us as many or as few houses as it would take to find us our home. There was never pressure at any point, he was always responsive and made the entire buying process as smooth and seamless as possible for us. 

On top of being a fantastic realtor, Albin is well respected and connected and helped us find numerous trustworthy contractors to help with various projects like new flooring, painting, kitchen updates, electric work, etc. Everyone he pointed us to performed exceptional work on our new home, and we couldn't be happier.

After the frustrating process of trying to find a place to rent on my own, I was referred to Albin.  He was not only immediately responsive but gave me the confidence of knowing all the bases were covered.  I believe he found me the best rental for the best price within 24 hours of reaching out to him.  Professional, honest and did this all this without any out of pocket expense.
