Reviews
Chad at Central Idaho Trades installed our water source heat pump and did a great job. He told us it would be efficient and our monthly bills would be lower than our neighbors and he has been proven right. The unit is in our crawl space so our floors are warmer than our previous homes with the heating systems in the garage or main floor laundry rooms. My wife and I attended an event at the Lemhi Museum last winter and over heard lots of conversation about heating bills. Ours was way lower than any others mentioned. Our Idaho Power bills averaged $152.23 for heating from October to May and $102.80 for air conditioning from June to September.
