I brought my husqarna chainsaw to get fixed when it broke and I'd cost me over $200 to get it back in shape. When I got it back it only ran for 5 minutes and stopped. Now they told me it needs more work and a new carborator​! I only paid $280 for it new! You would think it would have been checked better before it was fixed. I feel a little cheated out of my hard earned cash!!!

Their "authorized" warranty repair was so rediculous... was just drilling out the deck and putting in an aluminum screw.  Then charged me $80 for the repair after I told them not to do any warranty repairs that weren't completely covered without contacting me first. And this fix took 3 weeks, 2 weeks after the promised date. Phone staff was no help when I said I didn't like this repair and that if I didn't pay, I wouldn't get the mower back. Next time I'll just weld the part myself.
