My son had his teeth pulled today at CMOS.  From the time I walked in until the moment I left the customer service was amazing!! The front desk check in was effortless and even when a line formed she made everyone feel welcome and assisted.  When we met the nurse for consultation for my sons options, either  laughing gas or to be put to sleep, the staff was knowledgeable and reassuring to both my son and I putting us at ease.  The Doctor was equally reassuring and professional.  He was briefed on our options and worked with my son to make him feel comfortable.  The surgery was quick, and painless and my son was fine.  The location was easy to find and every space inside feom the lobby to the restrooms were spotless and well decorated.  The staff was well dressed in black blazers, and I just can't say enough about how amazing the service was.  I normally would never review a place but in this case I felt compelled to do so.

I just had 15 teeth pulled & dentures put in immediately. I experienced the most caring, professional staff, that made you feel comfortable & at ease. Dr. Baron was very professional. He showed his patience & perfection, due to a medical condition that I have. The dentist building is beautiful, state-of-the-art equipment & even a comfortable waiting area for your driver after the procedure! I also had a pleasant encounter with a representative from their call center! I would definitely recommend Central Mass Oral Surgery (C M O S) to anyone that needs Oral Care.

Dr Colarusso and staff were the best choice I could have made for my adult son's impacted wisdom teeth to be removed. So much so, that I went back to him for a complicated extraction for myself! The entire staff were friendly, helpful, thorough and professional. I highly recommend him!!!

I would like to say that I was very pleased with  everyone at Central Mass Oral Surgery. I was very nervous about having a tooth pulled  and the staff was very caring . Thank you.
