Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours to see anyone. Basic physical usually takes 20 min with lab work took over 4 hours - wait time to check out You will have to call at least 5 times to get a refill and/or contact a person. Nurses are nice if you ever get to see them.
This place has one of the finest doctors in the world, Dr. Robert Smith.
I took off one star for the wait, but for the most part, everyone was very nice and Dr. Wheaton is a very caring person. She will try to work with you and will also help you stay on track if you’re a diabetic. Will be back soon
Very hard to get paper work filled out, I normally see the nurse practitioner , but she's ne er in always out sick. HAD Dr. Appointment today wasn't called to say no physician was in.
The reception is very rude! She kept yelling “I can’t hear you, I can’t hear you.” She then asked for my daughters birthday, I replied 11/28/11. She then yells in my ear “ma’am your daughter was born in 1911!!”
I called to get my COVID results and the woman answering the phone was very rude and dismissive and told me to wait until they call me. It's been months and I never got my results back.
If you schedule a appointment, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE WAIT will be 3 hours!!! This is unacceptable and if you don’t have coverage, WHY SCHEDULE YOUR PATIENTS APPOINTMENTS SO CLOSELY? When you only take to your doctor for 10 minutes!!! ITS RIDICULOUS!!!!
I called to get information on covid testing times and price and the lady that answered the phone was rude as hell. I wouldn’t dare call back and I wouldn’t think about going to get cared for.
Took my COVID 19 test. It has now been 2 weeks and still no results. Also everyone who answers the phone is very rude.
Dear God continue bless the Doctors and staff who go above and beyond to provide adequate health care for their patients.
