As a customer of a bank I have the right to be escalated to someone within the bank that I feel is in a position to help me when those under them have failed to address my issue. I have contacted your bank on multiple occasions to have my issues addressed and they have yet to be. I've requested call backs from various positions within the bank up to and including the President and this bank has failed at escalating me to anyone in a position that can address my issues. This started almost a year ago. Account has been opened and closed by the bank on multiple occasions. Wrong paperwork was sent by the bank. No one can answer direct questions, customer service can not complete task and counter employees hands appear to have there hands tied when it comes to anything other then cashing checks. Staff are rude, treat myself and my wife like children and seem to careless when it comes to correcting a situation that we take complete repsonsible for but they lack the ability to allow us to correct. My mother in law worked for the bank, and after being fired because her new boss wanted younger more attractive faces in his branch we have basically been told by everyone, tuff shit, move along. So as a former customer I am rating this bank, it's staff, and it's ability to function as a financial institute a 1. Obviously, because they do not allow acctualy ratings on social media, it shows they care little about what there customers feel, and should not be considered when seeking a new financial institution.
