There not to bad I move out because there no central air/heat and bathroom started getting molded!  In my apt used to live a African people and the carpet don't smell good they washed the carpet but still the smell was there the cabinets they were old! And no I didn't like them because of the!. Oh also I was never able to go to the pool because they only open it Monday through Friday from 2-6pm and Saturday from 2-4 and Sunday closed😠😬😡

WORST EXPRIENCE OF MY LIFE!  I needed to get an apartment asap with my wife and kids we were very naïve and unexperienced as this was our first experience moving into apartment and they took advantage of that.  the floor was dirty filthy when I moved in they claimed that they were still renovating it all over again and going to get the carpet cleaned but they weren't done cleaning it.  as we were in a hurry they asked us if we want it and to sign paperwork to hold it and for a deposit so we trusted them and preceded. I FULLY REGRET DOING SO!!!! THIS PLACE IS STRIGHT GHETTO!!!! the neighbors are mostly refugees from Africa or Asia I do not have anything against other races or cultures as I am Hispanic but most of the Africans that lived near me were very rude and obnoxious and took my kids toys when they were on our porch many times they would walk right next to our window and pound on it and run. I complained to the manger about that and the carpet how when I moved in they didn't clean the carpet as promised and the apartment was still dirty they said they would get that fixed and a year later never did! there was mice in are apartment we took pics of them and showed the manger she did not seem to see the matter as urgent disgusting the washer and dryers are old and stink from the inside! THEY NEVER GIVE UR DEPOSIT BACK ! I found that out through my own experience and from other neighbors. I have caught many car prowlers and had to call the police when someone tried to brake in to my apartment! it was ridicules!
