These apartments are trash. There are deep holes in the parking lot to tear up any car, mold and piss in the laundry room, no ligitiment security, and a nasty green sludge in the pool. I would never suggest swimming there. The stairs to the apartments are crucked, cracked, rotten, and have mold. They have bed bugs but refuse to get rid of them. The roaches are bad, and I've fallen three times off the stairs because they will not repair. Thanks for letting me share. I guess its OK if the alternative is the streets

My wife and I stayed in the apartments for 20 months.  The apartment was left in relatively good condition, if not as good as when we first moved in.  Supposedly, you are warned about getting only partial reimbursement of your deposit in the beginning and definitely when you leave, except we received nothing back.  Happily, I would resend this negative rating, if the owners of the apartments were to contact me, but they hide behind the apartment management.  You have been warned.  Take pictures before leasing and after you leave to have proof to win back your deposit.

We talked with the manager and discussed terms of services rendered for cleaning and minor paint touch-ups and settled on a partial reimbursement of our deposit.  We are satisfied with the management and owner's decision.
