This area needs attention.  Still unfinished after years.  Floods terrible.  No trees.  Soccer fields need help.  The baseball fields are in total disarray.  It could be nice, but deserted before finished.  Only decent "looking" finished area is dog park.  I don't have a dog though, and never been inside.  I heard it was very expensive to register a dog there.  No playground equipment.  Bathrooms never opened.  Very difficult to leave because of high-speeding, constant traffic.

Beautifully maintained greenspace. The shelter has fully plumbed restrooms,  study picnic tables.. It was clean.  The soccer fields were in pristine condition.  The grass was lush and green.

Nice place to go an relax with golf course, art, dog park, fishing, and a trail to walk
