Thought we finally found a reliable shipping company..what a slap in the face...these joker's without any notice of any kind held my shipment over in another state.in Wich delayed my progress with my company then I guess decided to not notify me on another shipment that was delayed as well again. I'm taking they don't give a flying you know what about customer satisfaction.because they already charged me ...guess whats won't use you're company again .get update on this issue changed my delivery dates 6 times I filed a complaint with NCCDB.

Will never use this company again.  We shipped out a return of 4 new Ridge grappler tires (value 1200.00) from our dealership that we had purchased on Ebay, and were the wrong size.  The recipient never received the tires.  We submitted a claim for the missing tires, and after several weeks were told the tires could not be located.  4 large tires completely vanished.  Hmmm.  WARNING!  THEY ARE ONLY LIABLE FOR $.10 PER POUND OF THE WEIGHT OF THE SHIPMENT if purchased via Ebay!!!!  Out of our $1,200 loss..........we received a ck for $26.00.  Complete disappointment.
