Great stores and prices, but the staff at the Outlet office put it over the top.  We left a bag in one of the stores and then drove home - 5 hours away.  When we called Leanne at the main office, and told here what happened, she sent a maintenance person to the store to find our bag.  She called right back saying she had it, and even helped us arrange a UPS driver to come pick up the package and get it back to us.  Incredible customer service!!!  All businesses would be lucky to have someone so kind and helpful working for them.

Super variety of stores. Weird layout of shops but it isn’t that important. Could use some convenient restaurants  nearby . Amazing public restroom. Very lovely place to pee!

This outlet mall is less shopable than most. I stop here sometimes because it is about half way between Seattle and Portland. Besides having clean restroom there are many of the usual outlets. They just aren't in the same place. There is about half of them on the east side of I-5 and half on the west side in little clusters. There is a new discount book store on the west side next to Vitamins World with great prices on children's books.

I love all the outlet stores to an extent. I DO NOT like Centerville. Lord forbid you should need to return anything.

This is a pretty typical strip mall. The variety of shops is good and the building and grounds are always clean. These outlets attract many people. My biggest issue is the availability of parking can be limited when it is very busy.
