Worst place don't come here... This is the last time I will file my taxes with them.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD. Not only did they screw up my parents taxes for the year of 2013 but as a fourth year student at one of the more prestigious UC schools, they've managed to screw me over in the worst way possible. They filed my taxes and I got my state refund within weeks. Great. But for some stupid reason that I fail to understand besides their facilities being filled and manned by completely incapable, inadequate, and unfit employees, they stated on my taxes that they would not continue to file my taxes until I sign a document authorizing them to file on my behalf ELECTRONICALLY. THEY NEVER GAVE ME A FORM TO SIGN EVEN WHEN I WAS SITTING IN FRONT OF THEIR FACES. Their workers are completely incompetent and should be reviewed by the Better Business Bureau. For one, I never asked them to file electronically for me. And now, 6 months later I still don't have my refund and can't even get a tax return transcript which I need for my financial aid application(which is late now because of their critical filing error.) The worst part of this was the fact that they didn't even own up to their mistake. Their "solution" was an insincere apology, then printing my tax return and giving me a copy with an envelope in order for me to mail it to the IRS. They didn't even have the decency to mail it themselves let alone pay the postage to send it to the IRS!!! I had to send it all myself!! It's simply unfathomable to see how people like them can run a business and for years I have been telling my parents to find a more trustworthy and secure tax preparer. Now, when I check my Where's My Refund Window on the IRS website it's telling me they can't say anything about the status of my refund. It's been more than 11 WEEKS!! Just a day ago it said my return was being processed and now there's something wrong? I just don't understand! But these past strikes have been it for me. I never want to see these people again, and so help me I will do what I can to make sure they never see a penny from my family. If I could, I would rate NEGATIVE STARS!

I have been going to this place for 10 years. I have done my tax return here and also my work permit . They are awesome I don't think I will go any where else as long as I can still get my stuff processed by them. My family and friends go here as well.I have been help always by Yolanda and she is great. This year I was help by Torie and a young gentleman I cant remember his name (sorry) but also they were amazing. Great customer service for everyone.I love it here.

I wouldn't give this place any starts if I could. I arrived for my 1:30pm appointment and there were three people ahead of me. The first person had an appointment at 11am and wasn't seen until 3pm. The tax preparer wasn't even in the office until around 2pm. Unless you can spend your entire day here, I highly recommend you go else where!!!

I love this place. They are great and always on top of things. I always get my taxes asap.
