If I could give zero stars I would. The assistant at the front, Heather, is the most unorganized and unprofessional personal I have ever spoke to in a professional setting. I have been a loyal customer for 4 years and this year they have managed to screw up both mine and my boyfriends appointments forcing us to push back our appointments to later dates and Heather not once apologized for her mistakes. I work as an executive assistant and I would never treat others with the manner that she does. Worst accounting firm in town by far.

The same mistake was made on my tax return 2 years in a row by Centsable Accounting (I was not aware of mistake #1 until the second year's return was filed). This has resulted in 2 letters from the IRS and a negligence fee from the IRS. After contacting Centsable Accounting on many occasions to rectify the situation, they continue to ignore me and have not even offered an apology.
