Moving from New York, I wasn't sure about the area and definitely unsure about the real estate market.   I worked with Danielle and her staff for over a year, ultimately finding a beautiful, fairly priced home in Parkland, FL (Heron Bay area).    From the home finding/selecting/purchasing process, through the mortgage,  as well as the homeowners and title insurance, the Century 21 City team was able to take care of everything and recommend the best direction.  Highly recommended, and I have sent all my friends here for any sort of real estate need.

I am completely appalled by the service I received from a Realtor named Ursula, I didn't even get the opportunity to see any homes she refused me service immediately once she found out I have 2 pitbull puppies. Her words were NO ONE would rent to me because my dogs are aggressive. I asked why isn't that information provided when they take your info, if this is your policy that no one rents to people with Pitbulls which I find highly unlikely that there's NNNOOOOO ONE in the entire county willing to rent to me, but I digress. She then informed me a receptionist doesn't know anything, she is a realtor and she knows! I then sd there's no way no one will rent to me and she hung up on me. What a great first experience with Florida I hope everyone isn't like this.
