As a seller I found them unreliable.  They insisted on their own termite inspection vendors who damaged the property and did not restore it. Finally,  their client's offer did not qualify.  We spent 40 days in escrow with them, incurred costs and never closed.  I would be reluctant to accept another offer from this Hometown Realty.
