They are the worst. Please do not contribute to their unethical business. I would take legal action but being a black young man in lower Alabama its a given I will lose no matter what lawyer I have. I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0 BUT 1 STAR IS THE LOWEST! I hope they go out of business soon.

They  took an entire $1300 deposit, and then sent me to collections for $88!!!   We did not trash this house. Crooks.  I wish I had noticed how low their rating was before I had rented. Real nice when they are taking your money. Read the other stories.. there is a pattern here.. Its not just one complaint.  Renters beware.. rent at your own risk

*First and foremost - people are getting this company confused with Regency property management. 

My husband and I chose to buy a house upon returning to Rucker instead of living on post. I was referred to Cheryl Picinnini and Theresa Hernandez. We were located in Germany when we started the search. Both Cheryl and Theresa went out of their way to do facetime showings for us and to help us find a home that we love. 

Theresa was such a great help to us - she basically held our hands throughout the entire process, and was available to answer any questions that we had about the home and the home buying process. 

Highly recommended!

Nancy , bill, Agnes, and a few other people that work there are clearly incompetent as well as shady business people. Tried selling me a house that wasn't legally allowed to be sold after I invested in approximately $2000 in the home inspection. I lost the house as well as money out of my pocket .  And they advertise they take care of American veterans!!   Liars and cheats.  Do not do business with them.  The realtor agent on the sign is not who will show up nor talk to you about the house they are supposedly representing

Bottom Line Up Front-DO NOT RENT FROM REGENCY MANAGEMENT!

I originally wrote a very thorough and detailed review of Regency, but the site would not accept the amount of characters.  

I had my property listed for 9 months with Regency.  During that time, I experienced constant communication issues with Regency.  They continuously failed to return phone calls and emails.  I had to spend many hours following up and managing my own property when I was paying them to provide that service.  

More importantly, I caught them engaging in very unethical business practices.  They were pressuring prospective tenants into renting my home by giving them false information about other applicants' interest.  Also, they were telling these tenants that I would not accept certain terms of a lease unless they complied-which is entirely untrue.  I only found this out because a colleague of mine had tried to rent the house.  At the time he did not know I was the owner.  He looked me up via public records and described his experience-See Jeremiah's Review.  I also found other unethical practices, but they would take too long to explain.

Regency management does not put any effort into trying to rent your home.  They do not return interested tenant's phone calls. I know from reading other reviews that other people have had similar experiences.  I believe this company is entirely understaffed and has too many properties to manage.  They could care less if they provide you good customer service because they are already overworked and are not at risk of losing business.  There are very few property management agencies in Enterprise and the 3 or 4 that exist have all the business that they need.  When I moved away and listed my home, I expected much less hassle from my rental property.  I could have managed it myself and commuted for much less effort.  For anyone that reads this review, I highly recommend choosing one of the other management companies.
