Like that they have a kiosk so you can use a card to do your laundry

For the most part it is okay. There's never an attendant on site. If you have problems with machines or money coin machines your s*** out of luck. The place is not always too clean either. And the soap for the bathroom is on the wall outside. So you go to the bathroom wash your hands and then you have to open the door and go outside to get the soap and then you got to go back outside to get the towel paper. If someone could please tell me the reasoning behind that cuz I really don't understand
