I've been to this theater maybe 10 times in the past couple months. 

-Picture quality noticeably worse than other theaters (dimmer and less clear)
-Sound quality noticeably worse than other theaters and also too quiet
-No screen masking, ever.
+Sometimes gets interesting releases.
+Cheap tickets on Tuesdays. 

I recently tried the AMC Flatirons Crossing theater (10-15 min drive from this one), and the picture and sound quality is miles better, and they have recliners there as well. So I think from now on I'm going to make the drive because the experience is much better there.

Overall, the theater is a great, convenient choice for those of you who live in Boulder. Potential problems:
The prices. It's typical movie theater prices. Also known as - a total pain in the butt to deal with. Most people, especially family and teens, or anyone in a large group. 
Assigned seats. This has usually worked actually very well for me, but every once in a while, you get the misfortune of sharing an experience with an uptight person whose ultimate goal is to police people and make a huge deal out of basically nothing if someone is in the wrong seat. 
Tips: go on a weekday if you don't like dealing with middle and high schoolers. Go  after 8 of you don't want to deal with young children.

I hate the seats. I chose the back row. I couldn't get comfortable at all. My back and neck hurt. If I wasn't with a friend I would have left. The only comfortable position for my neck was tilting my head down. I couldn't see the screen in that position. The volume to the movie wasn't very loud. Usually it's too loud. I couldn't make out much of Churchill's dialogue with his accent. I will never go to this theater again.

Convenient. Covered parking. Very nice staff. Clean. This is the local franchised movie complex for Boulder. Besides the usual commercial films they show independent films, opera and a collection of TCM classics.

Jonathan at the ticket counter was beyond awesome. I was in a hurry and he was very helpful very professional and fun yet customer savvy note to the management please commend him and reward him I'm doing a damn good job cuz I am awesome customer service and realize the customer is the lifeblood of our business
