Really great service! They repaired my gold chain in less than an hour and polished & cleaned my ring and made it look brand new! The owners are really sweet kind people and I appreciate the great customer service. I will always recommend them to friends and family for their fast service, great prices and excellent customer service

I love Ceron Jewelers!!! I lost my wedding set while driving across the country with my three dogs. It was a big move for my family and I was under tons of stress and lack of sleep. Some where I lost my rings and was devastated. Luckily my Husband made sure to keep my wedding set insured. I am new to the area and looked up jewelers in Florida. Ceron Jewelers had a great website and it said they do custom work. I gave them a call. Gus the Jeweler was so helpful. He has worked with the insurance company before and helped me through the process. I showed him pictures of the wedding set I had lost and gave him a copy of that appraisal. I swear the new wedding set looks exactly the same. I LOVE IT!!!!!!! I couldn't be happier with the service and the timely turn around. I also found a cute pair of diamond stud earrings while I was there that match my ring perfectly so those came home with me as well. :)

I have a broken necklace. Looked for a jewelry repair store online ceron had 5 stars. I checked online to make sure they were open and then called to double check. The man that answered only said "hello" no store greetings so I asked if this was the jewelry repair store he said yes I asked for directions and told him my location and that I was close. He said okay. When I arrived it was in a building with a registry to be buzzed in. I called the registry to no answer. I called the number that I spoke to the gentleman on to no answer. Finally I got inside the building and to the ceron office. It was locked shut with a ups notification from 2 days ago. I called the main branch and they asked if I wanted to leave a messed for the store. This business is completely unprofessional.
