This Cermak is great, they have everything from ethnic to American. usually to get American cut steaks (NY Strip, Porterhouse etc) and Spanish think cut steak I have to go to 2 different grocery store which can end up pricier. Cermak is reasonably priced and has everything under one roof. the only thing preventing the 5th star is that they don't carry spirits. They wine and beer but no liquor. if they add that then it definitely be a stop shop. But there's always a Binnys across the street.

Make sure you check your receipt before you leave the store.
I recently bought some Atlantic salmon that was on sale for $7.99 per pound. I asked the guy if the few pieces of salmon in the tray was the Atlantic salmon on sale, I even showed him the ad in their flyer.
After I paid for my groceries I checked my receipt before I left the store and discovered that the guy behind the counter put a sticker on the Atlantic salmon identifying it as Scottish salmon at $14.13 per pound. 
The manager that took my package of Atlantic salmon back to the fish counter came back and refunded part of my money pricing the Atlantic salmon at $8.11 per pound. I asked him if it was indeed Atlantic salmon and he begrudgingly admitted I was correct. No apology along with an attitude like I did something wrong! I still have the receipt.
That wasn't the first time I've discovered a mistake at this store!
CHECK YOUR RECEIPT, I believe these stores do this deliberately and consider the practice a part of doing business for additional profit.

This grocery store is a recent addition to the Logan Square landscape. It's a welcome addition. The produce is fresh. The fruits and vegetables are outstanding. The meat and seafood market have fresh products. The store is always clean ... always. And the beauty in all of it is that it's not costly to shop here. Simply fanyastic.

Cermak has excellent local grocery stores throughout the city, but this is the high-end mothership. It has everything. Similar to a deluxe Mariano's.

Nice large grocery store, focus on Hispanic/Polish food. Has a salad/food bar and a seating area. Produce section is great! Not always a large variety of choices and their bakery items are not the best (kind of bland brands, I don't think they bake onsite). But overall a good store and much needed in this area!
