A pleasant experience from start to finish!  CertaPro was true to their word/timing from sending Chantel to measure and give us an estimate, to sending Kay to help us choose colours, and sending Dmitri the painter!  Everything was completed within a week and we have never been more pleased with a painter and his work - a flawless finish throughout our home! Dmitri showed up when he said he would and put in full days.  Everyone we worked with were polite, professional and efficient. The painter always cleaned up his work areas and organized his working tools so we could still live comfortably in our home for the week during the project. I had my ceilings done, they had the old popcorn stucco on them. The guys came, were super nice  professional.  Did a great job. There was a small issue at the end but the project Manager came over and dealt with it right away. Great service! I have a very old house and I was surprised how smooth they got the ceiling. I would definitely recommend!!!

We used Certa Pro to paint some exterior doors/shutters that were in dire need of a freshen up. They were so great to work with, from start to finish. Communication was awesome and their work was impeccable and timely! We would highly recommend Certa Pro for any of your painting needs!

The painters were experienced, detail oriented, and did a great job. They were also very good at cleaning considering I had a popcorn ceiling removal done which can be quite messy. I would definitely go to CertaPro again for future painting jobs.

Certa Pro removed about 1600 square feet of popcorn ceiling, skim coated, repaired electrician dryway damage created when installing pot lights. Certa Pro delivered this large project on time with a quality finished job and on budget. Very Happy and would recommend Certa Pro anytime. Well done.

Before we contacted Certapro, we had heard Paul Guenette's reputation as an honest businessman who earned some of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the country.  Now we know why. Chantel Murray, the sales rep, came out to meet us.  She listened carefully to exactly what we wanted done, and made some good suggestions.  She wanted to know our priorities, such as attention to detail in cutting around edges.  She promised us that there would be very good communication with us throughout the job.  She delivered on that promise. When I called the office, I got a very friendly response from Kelly.  I was happy to see that she was very familiar with the details of our job. I appreciated that I could hear every word as I suffer from a serious hearing loss. It was very helpful to have the hour of consultation with Karen, the colour consultant, which was generously provided by Certapro. Every time we approach our home we realize what a great choice of colours she helped us make. We look forward to working with Karen again In hiring Certapro we had very high expectations.  The paint job exceeded our expectations.  Johnny Suarez is an exceptionally skilled painter.  He was ably assisted by Ryan,  Attention to detail was very important to us as we have a tutor style home, with a lot of trim. Johnny and Ryan were very patient to ensure that the job was very well done. We will not hesitate to request them the next time we hire Certapro. Every day we are reminded that this was money well spent.  Each time we drive up to our home we think our home looks beautiful.  Great job, Certapro!
