I want to first say the men on the job made a huge effort to do a good job.  The unfortunate truth is they lack the experience to be rated higher.  First issue with the company rep.. my job bidder quit the Saturday before the job start.  The guy next to be in charge did not make an effort to speak with us personally.   Exterior painting with the 2 decks sealed and stained was our job.  We have a big house to paint with many windows.  The job manager showed little interest in the job details.  I have surveillance cameras on site that revealed he came to talk at our home with the crew for less than 10 minutes..that was the entire job with no final inspection.  The decks were not done to our satisfaction .. we have done them ourselves in the past and we have never seen a cedar deck stain with sealant have a milky cast.
