Many of us in the community are always looking for an excellent, reputable, and reliable paint contractor. The one who comes to the house and speaks with you. The one who will offer a competitive quote. The one who stands behind their work. The one who, nowadays, will actually show up for the job.  Here's why I chose CertaPro Painters of Lexington SC:  1. After scheduling an appointment with Lance Carpenter, owner of CertaPro Painters of Lexington, he visited my home and conducted a thorough walk through of both the inside and outside the house. It took about 1.5 hours. Once complete he gave me a professional brochure which included different pictures and different sections of my house along with pricing. So, for example, if you wanted just your gables painted then you could see the price breakdown for that particular area. The overall brochure contained an offer a good, better, best pricing option based on which Sherwin Williams paint you'd like use. Other companies simply sent me a text and gave me just a price. No break down of the job. After collecting price from three different paint contractors Certa-Pro was actually the most competitive.  2. Lance sent his lead crew, managed by Brayan, and they did an excellent job. First by pressure washing the outside of the house. And then the next day they started to meticulously prepare the house covered plants, covered around windows, etc for to paint the siding and trim. The house was then sprayed with two coats of Emerald Sherwin Williams paint. When I needed a touch up here or there they politely took care of it for me. I know I may have been a pest at times but they never seemed to mind.  3. The job took about 4 or 5 days. They kept the area clean. They called me if they were running late. So, in other words, they communicated with me. Which is so important. They let me know what was going on if there was an issue.  4. Overall my wife an I were very pleased with the results we decided to change the color of the house so we were a bit nervous. Even the neighbors offered congrats on the paint color and paint job.  So I'd like to highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Lexington SC for your next paint project.  The hardest part for me was actually trying to figure out what darn paint color to go with.
