DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I was told by Craig Stinnet, former owner, when I signed the contract in 2015 that I would have a warranty- specifically he told me that the warranty covers normal wear and tear in addition to non-satisfactory paint jobs, he said this to induce me to sign a contract with Certa Pro Painters. He specifically told me that if I scratched a wall while moving he would come back and re-paint. He told me that the warranty would be two years. I called back early August of 2016 to execute that warranty. Craig never got back to me. I also sent the manager Craig several emails about what specifically needed to be done with pictures included. He went to my house to see the paint and then asked me how much money I was going to pay to have it done. I informed him that I was under warranty. He never got back to me. I called again and texted him multiple times and I never received a response. I finally texted him and told him that I needed someone to get back to me ASAP. He responded and told me that my warranty does not cover regular wear and tear. I informed him that he previously told me that it did and he then ignored me again. I spend about $2500 on the paint job, specifically because I was told that the warranty would cover normal wear and tear. Craig Stinnet and Certa-Pro painters are fraudulent and unethical. No one from the customer service or the main office will return any of my phone calls. I would NOT trust this company.
