EXTERIOR SERVICES:
• Preparation, priming and painting to wood, stucco, hardi-plank (cement-fiber board), aluminum/vinyl siding, windows, doors, trim, railings, fencing, sheds, garages, metal work and lightposts
• Refinishing of decks with semi-transparent and solid stains
• Application of specialty coatings to porch floors, entry stairs, balcony floors, patios, concrete floors (basements and garages)
• All manner of common carpentry repairs

INTERIOR SERVICES:
• Preparation, priming and painting to all wall substrates – plaster, drywall, wainscoting, wood, paneling, windows, doors, doorframes, baseboards,built-ins, kitchen/bathroom cabinetry, banisters, trim work and railings
• Stripping of old finishes and stains
• Refinishing stained wood items with stain and/or varnish
• All manner of common carpentry, drywall and plaster repairs
• Faux, decorative and specialty finishes

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
• Color Consulting, color samples, and color matching

Extremely disappointed in this company. He was fantastic at the estimate and then fell flat on his face. He informed us that the estimate would be sent that very evening, It took a day and a half if not more to get the estimate back. Then it took almost 2 months just to get a date scheduled and now another month to get them here to paint. The painters used were decent but as time goes by showed they were not up to par. They rinsed their paint buckets on our lawn and killed 3 spots in our grass. Then after inspecting the paint job, there are places where they clearly didn't scrape and old paint off (even where peeling) then painted right over it. They left thick globs of paint in many places. Yes some of that should have been cought in the final walk through but never having had our home painted before this, didn't know what to look for. The owner is hard to get ahold of and half the time the phone rings through to the national call center and I couldn't even talk to our local office (even during normal business hours) I would not recommend this company no matter how nice the owner is when you speak with him the first time.

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE! Write it in the contract and insist on a start date and finish date before you sign the contract! I waited two month to get a paint date. Kept trying to get them to call me back with a date and they never would. Finally, they set a date but messaged me two days before that they wouldn't be there for another week. Then, they called the day before that date and postponed another day. They had promised to send in a crew that would get the job knocked out in a few days. Most days, it was a single guy who showed up and it took him 2 WEEKS! Since they were painting doors, I went most of that two weeks without a door on any bedrooms, bathrooms, or closets.The painter did a good job and the Shewin-Williams paint they used was good quality paint. But next time I need painting done, I'll schedule it with someone who will set the start date and finish date PRIOR to my singing anything!

Dan and his teams have painted both the inside and outside of our Meridian home. They go about their business with tremendous attention to detail and their word is reliable. I have recommended Dan and CertaPro to my friends and extend that same recommendation to you.
