Highly recommend Certa Pro of Nashua.  We received a very detailed quote and the painters lead was Tiago were professional, hardworking and did an amazing job!  Our house looks brand new!  Ask for Tiago… you won’t be disappointed.

We had our condex exterior painted, and our experience with CertaPro was excellent in every aspect. The sales process with Al was fantastic; even though he had to deal with multiple issues to get us a contract that was acceptable to our condex situation, his patience, professionalism, and attention to detail were admirable. Nothing was quick on our side of the process, but everything was prompt and as discussed on CertaPro’s part. The experience with Ted, the production manager, and Robson, the job supervisor, was reflective of the sale experience. They were always available to address any concerns that arose, and their team did a fantastic job on our house. Our job was started promptly, done within the quote we received, and finished on schedule. Each day they did a great job of leaving our property clean and orderly, and the house looks fantastic. Without a doubt, our job was probably one that CertaPro will remember for a long time as it was a challenge to deal with the condex situation. Still, every response from CertaPro was nothing short of complete professionalism. Thank you, CertaPro, for your commitment to excellence and phenomenal customer service; I will not hesitate to recommend you and will use you in the future for any painting needs.

This is a re-write of a very negative review, I felt that I did not get value.  It was always about the total customer service, with the price I paid CertaPro I was expecting a worry free job but I had to watch everything.  When the job was finished it was hard to get CertraPro attention, but they have come back to redo my deck which is peeling so credit for them sticking to it!!!Service:&nbsp;Exterior painting

I would advise being very careful with this business.  Salesperson gives a great sales pitch and of course is your best friend while he's setting you up for disappointment. They completed a very expensive job way subpar. Utilizing a substandard team of painters with very little experience and even less experience speaking English. The supervisor never once showed up to inspect work in process. They also promised two coats of paint and proper priming and that was not done. Many areas were not done correctly or done sloppily. They did call after many efforts to contact them but at that time we needed to put our house back together again and could not entertain them coming to do rework. I did ask for a discount but they would not give it. It was really quite a nightmare. The supervisor did show up reviewed the work and agreed with me that it was very badly done and actually said to me that the crew that worked was not one that he liked very much. Including one of the painters he identified as a problem child. It really was horrible and I'm out 4,000 plus bucks with a job that could have been done better with a few hard-working High School kids. Take a look at this photo. I have many more like it but this is a picture of where my wife and I tracked our grandchildren's height. We made a decision that we would paint and have it painted over. The majority of measurements were covered with one coat of paint and this one didn't even make it on the radar.
