I have a home warranty through HMS and they referred me to Certified Electrical Technologies and this is were the lack of integrity starts . I spoke with Lisa to schedule my appointment and I explained to her I just had a questionable experience with a contractor in the plumbing field . They tried to add a access fee of 125 dollars to the required deductible of 100. The reason was that the gentleman needed to remove the toilet to fix issues. 
              I explained to Lisa that I had a claim to have two attic fan motors replaced in the attic so I asked her about that senerao and she said it's like those fans Sir . If there is no area to work on them ,then we would charge a access fee to put plywood down in the areas need to repair the fans motors .Lisa sent the electrian knowingly after she told me her example and I said there is no platform in the attic for the to work so I'm going to have to pay you the access fee . The electrician came out and said they are  electrians they don't put things like this down. I called Lisa to recant our conversation and she said we never had that dicussion and I was making it up . They are looking to grab the deductible and run out your door. Be ware Customers, bad ethics ,and poor service! I asked to speak with the owner and Lisa told me no and she wouldn't give me the name of the owner. I asked for her supervisor and she said his name was Gary I asked for his last name and she said he's the only one here named Gary.This is a example of the nonsense you go through with simple questions about resolution to a poor service experience! Owners I don't know whether there are multiple people or one person but feel free to contact me for a resolution!
