I called for an estimate and was treated very rude by the gentleman if you can call him that on the other end of the line. He basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about and told me I'd be looking at $750 when I already had an estimate from another electrician for $400. The phone call made my choice very easy but I wouldn't deal with this company even if their price had been better than the other estimate. Rule number one don't argue with the customer don't tell the customer he or she doesn't know what they're talking about if you follow those rules you'll be likely to get more customers. I guess they just don't care and I'm glad I didn't have any work done by them. Oh and the first time I called I was hung up on I had to call a second time to get somebody on the phone.
