This organization is disgraceful. Every year on the second Thursday of October, this organization holds a permit to close off East 4th Street and Bowery to celebrate their Hakafot dancing. Now, I understand that this is a cultural celebration, however, these folks, who are mostly NYU kids often go pass their permit time and dance and scream their lungs off until 2am. They wrongfully disturb neighbors (for crisis sake, the corner of East 4th Street and Bowery is a senior home) and local businesses. Phoebe's business manager was called an antisemitist because he refused these Jews to use the restaurant's bathroom. Can you be more rude and inconsiderate?

Must visit for Jewish students and YP in the bowery area! Beautiful facilities and even greater people inside :)
