I loved working with Jamie. He brought up things that I would have never thought of or considered, like the wedding planner I never had! I had SOOOO many compliments on how beautiful both our ceremony and reception were decorated. He went over the top with the decor and it definitely made an impression with my guests. It turned a venue I had been in multiple times before into a completely new space. I loved my bouquet and flower arrangements as well as the other decor we rented. We are very happy customers!

I was an out of state bride, and far and away Jamie at Chalet Floral made my every vision come true. I initially contacted Eastern Floral but had a negative experience. As soon as I contacted Jamie he was prompt getting back with me, communicated well throughout, helped me with details I hadn't even considered, and was flexible with changes I made as the planning process went along. My wedding was multicultural and we had trouble finding really large pedastal candles. Jamie was the one who single handedly found the perfect candles and completed my mother in law's request for the church. Jamie is also just really friendly and was genuinely interested in all of the wedding plans (which definitely can't be said for all my vendors). The day of the wedding was more beautiful than I even imagined. All night long the guests were complementing the flowers and decor. All of Chalet's staff was efficient, friendly, and accommodating. My family accidentally left some decorations behind that were similar to the linens I rented from Chalet. Chalet very easily found our decorations and got them back to us very quickly. I cannot say enough good things about Chalet! I'm not sure if West Michigan has a "Florist of the Year" award but if so I would vote for Chalet Floral as many times as I could!

Jamie was a real pleasure to work with from the first day we met with him!  I had a vision, but some logistical issues with the venue.  He problem solved with us and came up with a fantastic plan that was so beautiful! Truly he took my ideas and far exceeded my expectations.  The bouquets, table decor and everything they provided was seriously beautiful.  Everyone at Chalet Floral was truly sweet and helpful.  I highly recommend using them! Thanks Chalet Floral!

Chalet Floral was absolutely amazing! They were able to meet our budget, create amazing designs for us, and on wedding day everything was perfect! Jamie was professional, highly responsive, and he made us feel like we were his #1 priority at all times. My husband and I highly recommend Chalet Floral.
