I've been going to the Chameleon for years to see shows. The sound quality is usually very good and they have a great selection of craft beer. There is also plenty of security always which keeps the rowdy people under control. The balcony is my favorite place to watch the show from!

Absolutely nice place! Perfect spot if you want to see your favorite bands in a more cozy venue, great bar, outside balcony area for smokers, what else do you need to enjoy the show? I've been there at least twice for Lacuna Coil and for Seether concerts. Both times-great sound and friendly atmosphere.

We saw Gary Newman perform here. The club has 3 levels, but only 2 for viewing. It's very small. I'm not sure if the top floor had any seating but the main floor had none. This would have been scary if a hard core mosh style band is playing. You could get squished. I didn't use the restroom thankfully. I couldn't afford to drink much here to need it.

It was my first time coming here. The concert was LIGHTS and DCF & Chase Atlantic. I had bought VIP tickets to see Lights and it was phenomenal. The venue was pretty packed but I enjoyed that it was three stories (the second story was only for 21+). As there was 30 minutes left in the show, I started to feel nauseous and lightheaded. All I remember is seeing Lights perform and bam, passed out. The security saw and took action, waiting for me to gain my balance before walking out to their tiki bar to get some fresh air and water. I appreciated that the security guard waited with me by chatting and making sure I was okay enough to walk around. Eventually, I was good but unfortunately I had to miss the rest of show because I was a liability (which I understand completely). Thank you Chameleon club for looking out for people.

I am a live music junkie and attend shows everywhere, all the time & this place was one of the worst I have ever been to. The security staff are more like a goon squad of idiots. Throwing people out left & right for hardly any good reason. I was not thrown out but saw people who were just dancing get tossed. They said they were too drunk and threw them out when nobody was being harmed and the people were not that drunk. Way too small of a place for a packed house. Half of the people could not even see the stage. Prices were absurd. I think $3 for water is a rip off. Plus they overbooked the show and promoted 3 bands without confirming it with the headliner first which led to one of the opening bands being booted at the last minute. I work in the music business and this is one of the worst clubs to see a popular band at. Very unprofessional, rude, and disorganized.
