If I could give 0 stars I would . I came here against my best judgment because a friend was working here. I had my taxes prepared for a pre approval to buy a home . Now that I am At the end of escrow my lender tells me the taxes were done incorrectly. When I called simply to set up an appointment to fix them she was extremely rude .I asked her why she had the attitude for a mistake I didn't make. She said to pick up my amended taxes the next day without offering a consult. I just went along with it ,Because she seems like a very mentally unstable person. When I went to pick them up this morning they were completely wrong . I went back up stairs and told her not only were they wrong but I needed to pay on 18k more dollars as I do not mess with the irs I'm not into shortcuts ! Her attitude was cold and abrupt. She tried to make it my fault. I started crying and asking her to please work with me as I am so stressed out in escrow for my first home and dealing with other personal health issues that are horrible enough .while bearing my soul she coldly looked at me and said everyone is going through something get over it, we don't wish to serve you. I guess you can't expect more from a 70 year old woman who dresses like she's 20 and spends most of her time at the bar downstairs ! Worst part is I talked to another person who knew her and she said tread lightly, if you make her mad she will have you audited . They said this is her favorite line !! I have never experienced such an evil delusional human being who does not know how to do her job and leaves you hanging for her mistakes ! This woman should not be working with government material especially when she would rather you not pay what you ow than fix her mistakes . I don't believe the 5 star reviews I'm sure they are from friends (if she has any) or fake accounts! Be ware!!!!!!! I will be reporting her to the bbb and find out any other way I can help someone else avoid this! One funny moment.... When her receptionist calls her on the intercom when her tiny office is two feet away. She talks about all her clients and yet she has only 12 reviews and every time I went there to fix her mistakes the office was only full of her and her receptionist . These are the people that test my sanity. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's see if the refund check she wrote me in the wrong name even is good

Best Tax serivce in town. Smart efficient and so helpful. I feel confident with everything Susy does for me with my business taxes and my personal taxes. God thank you for her!
