We have used Champion Move for an international relocation and have been extremely disappointed.

Hidden fees - Our movers did not confirm date of delivery initially.  When the shipment arrived and we weren't available to receive the delivery, the assigned agent - Jessica sent an email to let us know that we will be charged additional storage fees.

Poor service - We had two shipments which arrived separately.  The instructions provided by us is to have both moved to a storage space which the size was confirmed by our Champion agent.  However the moves did not stack the first shipment, therefore when the 2nd shipment arrived, the items did not fit and the crew refused to restack the orginal shipment items.  When I emailed my agent to file a complaint, she did not respond.

We had a poor experience with this moving company and would not recommend them.
