AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are con artists. Our house was spotless and in better condition when we moved out than when we moved into it, yet they have invented reasons and lies to keep our security deposit. My husband is a disabled veteran. We will be conferring with the free legal aid we have at our disposal to file a lawsuit against this company for both our security deposit as well as the damages we have suffered from my husband missing work to handle the laundry list of false things they wanted him to take care of (hole in screen door that was there when we moved into the house, among a million other petty things we didn't cause) and lost wages. We always paid our rent on time, we gave 30 days notice to these people and did everything we were supposed to do, but they are bullies and con artists. We will never use them again and will advise all of our friends to avoid them at all costs as well. Way to lose extremely good tenants!

Update: The owner's response was "disgruntled renter." Obviously, we're disgruntled, because you treated us so poorly without cause. I'm happy you posted that response, because it shows everyone how callous and ridiculous your business "ethics" are.
