We have made several purchases from Champion Window over the years and would not consider any other source for our window and door needs. Their sales people are knowledgeable, efficient and help us make the best decisions. The installation crews come to work, complete the job and clean up after themselves. Everyone is on time, the products are properly made and they back their work with an awesome lifetime warranty. The prices are competitive and you more than get your money's worth. We could not be happier! Champion is the only way to go.

I own a home that has a 4-season sunroom which was built by the previous owners and I have no idea what company was used to build it.  The sunroom has been problem free for the past 7 years and now we are having an issue with one of the sliding doors.  Today I called Champion and was immediately told that if the room was not built by Champion, they could not help me.  I asked if they would be willing to look at the sliding glass door and again was told they do not work on anything unless it was a Champion sunroom.  Seriously?!?  How about offer to look up my address in your system to see if it was built by Champion?  Customer service was terrible!  And this rule does not make since!  You have lost a paying customer.

Crooks do not trust these people in what they say if you give them a deposit they will not return any portion of it if something were to happen they are not easy to deal with nor are they compassionate in any way shape or form keeping part of your deposit for materials is understandable They do not need tokeep all of the $5000 deposit
