I can't say ENOUGH about Dr. Graves or the staff! I had an emergent situation where my filling came out and I was visiting from Atlanta, GA. Not only did they get me in the very next day but Dr. Graves MADE the time to repair the filling. Dr. Graves stated she wasn't sure if she could redo the filling or I would need a crown-she could have told me anything but was honest and filled the tooth, unlike the mega dental clinic in Plattsburgh who not only told me I needed a crown but also they couldn't get me in for 3 months!!!! I wish I lived up here because this Dr and staff would provide ALL my dental care. Thank you for taking such great, speedy care of me

I love everything about Champlain Smiles. Great service, always on time, well explained care every visit, great communication and the understanding and compassion you would expect from family.  
  The Billing process is flawless and always accurate.  Benefits are always explained perfectly.  
  I'm so glad I found Champlain Smiles as my family's forever Dentist!!!

Thanks to Dr. Graves and her entire staff at Champlain Smiles.  The dentist office is not my favorite place to visit. However, Dr. Graves and her professional support team really made me feel comfortable at ease!  Dr. Grave's "gentle touch" and calming demeanor helped make my visit really quite comforting and painless!

I called first to make sure my insurance would be accepted, which it was. My experience was very good. Dr. Graves is very pleasant and professional. She doesn't just see you quickly then jet off to the next patient, she make sure all my questions were answered and we chatted a bit too. The facility was clean and rest of the staff was nice.
