Priced like an expert, quality of a novice. Lots of short cuts and sloppy attention to detail.  Big gaps in baseboard trim fitment, bad measurements and patterning on a vinyl floor installation, missed lots of repairs preparing walls for paint, doesn't sand completely before painting, uses primer/paint instead of primer separately and coats in one thick coat to save time. Paint peels right off.  Other quality issues and now I have lots of repairs to do.
