We were referred to Champlin's and it was the best decision we have ever made! Not only are they extremely professional, they are very sweet and accommodating.
I've been getting my taxes prepared by Champlins for several years and have been thoroughly satisfied with their work. Not only are they very knowledgeable, they are also very pleasant to work with. Their rates are awesome, and their office hours are very accommodating.
Do not hire this company for payroll. They intentionally interfere with Court Order Child Support. They will deduct the money from my son’s father’s check his employer outsourced their payroll to this company at the beginning of 2019 like they are supposed to, but they won’t submit the funds to the County. A Court Order is not an option. It’s an Order. I will only receive funds if I contact my ex, who then contacts his boss, who then contacts the lady at this place. This is absolutely ridiculous and she’s been warned several times by the County and my ex’s boss. My son needs glasses and braces and I have private insurance so I will have to pay a substantial out of pocket. Clearly, they don’t care here.
Still have not received taxes back. Dropped in March. Zero communication. Now they are late. I had heard nothing but great things but come on this is ridiculous.
Always very helpful every time I call with questions. And very good at what they do.
