Established in 1993, by founding partners Richard Chandler, Jr. and Walt Britt, the firm is now comprised of six attorneys with each specializing in one or more areas yielding a unique combination of skills and experience. The firm's practice is widely diversified and encompasses areas generally associated with a full service firm. Local and state governments, closely held family businesses to multi-million dollar companies, lending institutions, land owners, and developers are just of the many clients we serve. We focus our energies on exceeding the expectations of our clients in a responsive, cost-efficient matter and always with zealous representation and advocacy. We believe our size is one of our greatest assets allowing us to offer personalized, attentive service not often seen in a large firm while possessing the sophistication and skills necessary to handle the most complex case.
