Definitely worst dining experience! Wouldn't feed my dog the food for he might die? First bite of my egg foo young I bit into some pebbly form of who knows what? Bit Sandy and gritty. Same with the second bite. Next day not even 24 hours later I returnd the food with receipt. They insisted they had to cook me more food or nothing? And I could not have my $9 back? I explained to them I would not ever eat there again I just want my money back. They did not return my $. On top of that extremely rude, unpractical, and nothing about customer service. I tried to take off the ones star but it's not worth my time you get my point! Please do not support these a holes

Unfortunately I wont be ordering from them anymore. I ordered tonight and they told me 45 min. Almost an hour in a half later they arrive asking for an additional 10 dollars because they didnt process my second debit card. When the guy saw that they was wrong for showing up so late he said dont worry about the 10 dollars we wont charge you. An hour later the charge posts on my debit card. Never again!

When Chang Jiang mess up an order and the customer calls with a complaint and you brush them off and tell us how we should have ordered/said something..  Right, it was our fault. It couldn't have been the Spanish speaking woman who took down our order wrong. No, definitely the customers fault. We drive there to return ALL of the food and was told that they hire people to answer their phones and take their orders elsewhere.  So whoever we talked to on the phone just made you lose business. He was rude and very disrespectful. As a person who works in customer service I would never speak to the customer in such a way.  Only good thing is we were refunded some of our money.

My favorite place in Madison for Chinese food delivery food is consistently good , I have been ordering from them for years.
