This used to be the best in town. Great food and service.  Unfortunately,  tonight the food was full of grease.  Very bad. I felt like an oil pit after eating. When I tried to speak with the owner, he became very argumentative.  I will not be returning again!

Place is supposed to be open but it's not. There's no sign on the door indicating any hours or why it's closed but the door is locked and the open sign is off. There's also a weird website for this place that's in Portuguese and has no information besides a map.

Update:
Having been to the restaurant (still unclear as to why it was closed previously) I can say that it's worth exploring in a region devoid of decent Asian cuisine. It is perhaps the best Chinese food available in Moscow; it's certainly the best that I have been to. The service is quick and, thus far, reliable.

They don't serve strictly authentic Chinese food but the flavors are good for what they do serve. The prices average about $11 for a dish which isn't cheap but won't break the bank.

Excellent food and service! The prices are comparable to other Chinese restaurants in the area but much BETTER in my opinion!

Once seated the waitress once spoke to us one other time. Food was way too over priced for its quality. The amount of food was little and the food we recieved was not correct based off what we asked for.  Only recieved water as a drink and never got the check, had to go to front counter. Didn’t get a receipt because they had no paper and would never go back. 
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Authentic? Maybe not. Good food? Definitely. Really enjoyed shrimp with tofu.
