I wish that I could give this place a better review, but there isn't much there.  I just was here first weekend in October, 2017, and the bar tender at the center bar wanted to charge me $25 for two double rum and cokes. Funny thing is that I'm not sure a four-second pour constitutes a double.  Do visit Precinct Pizza and Hooters as those two places are still pretty good.

Half of it is torn down at the moment, so I'm not rating it super high. I realize reviews like that are annoying, but there are only like 4 restaurants here right now. When Lightning games are going on, this isn't enough by any means. I will say Wet Willie's has pretty great daiquiris!

February 2018 this whole place is currently under construction. It’s just a big eye sore at the moment.

I love going to Channelside Bay.  Great place to just walk around and enjoy the view, shopping and eating.

There is nothing but construction here, waste of prime location. Not even a Starbuck!!! Dont waste time !!
